CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Teapot & Teacups-Handwash only, not safe to use in the microwave or dishwasher
Tea strainer-Hand wash with a soft sponge and mild soap.
Dry immediately after washing to prevent water marks.
Avoid using harsh chemicals or scrubbing.
Not suitable for dishwasher or microwave use.
Store in a dry, moisture-free area.
As this is a handcrafted product, slight variations in size, shape, and color are to be expected.
Antique stains, pits, soldering marks, and detailing may differ and include minor imperfections.
The products have been finely polished, but the brass may naturally oxidize and change color over time.
These items cannot be repolished.
With use, scratches may appear, as brass is prone to scratching.
Best is to keep them in its original packaging after use.
A flat shipping fee of USD 30 is applied to international orders if the total cart value falls below USD 150.
We offer free shipping for all international orders above USD 150.
International orders are delivered approximately within 10-12 business days.

You can request an at-home pick-up for your returns and exchanges. Simply write to care@nicobar.com or call/WhatsApp on +91 8588000150 or +91 8588000151. A return shipping fee of Rs 200 will be deducted from all orders to arrange for your pickups.
AT A NICOBAR STORE
You can return and exchange your items free of charge to any Nicobar store.
Any additional shipping charges or gift wrap packaging, if paid, will be deducted from your credit note amount.
All items must be returned in their sealed original packaging and in its original condition.
