So if you’re sick of reading about ways to use kale in salad, or about Jamie Oliver’s latest joint, Lucky Peach is here to rescue you.These folks write about food credibly, and both cleverly and sincerely. The stylishly illustrated features range from Hong Kong’s take on hot dogs to a rant about “foodgasm” being a terrible word and concept. Lucky Peach is not where you go for syrupy waffle porn (though ramen imagery is well-represented).
