We endeavour to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. If you are not happy with your purchase, please see the options for returning or exchanging any of the items.

•  We offer free shipping for all orders above 150 USD.

•  A flat shipping fee of USD 30 will be applied to international orders below the total basket size of USD 150.

•  Our global prices includes all import duties, taxes and any import clearance service fees so your order arrives at your door - fully paid, zero hassle.

•  We'll get your order to you as soon as possible! We're taking extra safety precautions with packaging and delivery but we will still aim to have your order with you within 10-12 businesses days.

•  Any part cancellation of the order may incur shipping charges on the balance order.

• International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchange.

• Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries.
