The Wanderer

Our Travel line is inspired by seafaring journeys and safari, by traditional Chinese architecture, and the utilitarian khaki uniforms of Mao’s young disciples the Red Guards. Our season begins with silhouettes that look to traditional peasant clothing and the garb of Chinese monks, free-flowing shapes that allow for ease of movement and for layering, both key elements of this multi-functional capsule. Fabrics are soft, sumptuous and designed for comfort, from poplin and knits through to a light corduroy, and a buttersoft cotton cashmere as the days turn cold. Trousers and overlays are cocoon-reminiscent, designed keeping both comfort and convenience in mind. Military-inspired patches are given a playful rework, while carefully-considered pockets add utility; carry-all bags are given a fresh update in inky canvas, wide stripe, and a lovely bee motif, and our sold-out coat hanger bag returns in a fresh shape and navy and grey colourway. You’ll see washes of Chinese watercolour art and trellis patterns as well as safari-inspired styling that makes it a collection for any time of year, and journeys and destinations alike.
