With a contemporary and minimal style, fashion-and-home label Nicobar offers chic collections that “create a modern Indian way of living, dressing and looking at the world”. Co-founders Raul Rai and Simran Lal collaborated with CAARA , a catering and fresh dining company, to come up with NicoCaara located at Nicobar’s New Delhi store. In its refreshing, greenery-filled space, the restaurant serves delicious seasonal and local produce. The tropical-inspired eatery is filled with Indian touches like black kaddapa stone, handmade tiles and artisanal brass handis while the tableware and serveware used is from Nicobar. Taking it a step further, they hold engaging events like masterclasses, yoga brunches, ‘In Conversation With’ Mondays, and culinary and styling workshops.
