A Negroni that took a detour through the islands of Nicobar, our signature cocktail is an easy-drinking slip-and-slide of bubbles and bittersweet. Any citrus pairs well with our one-two punch of Campari and Martini Bianco, but fresh Narangi juice from the tree at Nicobar farm is, obviously, ideal. A splash of soda and ice equals a long, slow sip of pure sunshine, light and bright enough that a second round is practically mandatory.
In an Old Fashioned glass, Combine equal parts Campari and Martini Bianco over three cubes of ice. Add a splash of soda, squeeze in the juice of one fresh narangi, and throw in the rind.
